At Chez Clodette, chef Pierre Nési and second-in-command Tristan Reype sincerely revisit France's culinary heritage.

Each dish is a story of transmission and desire, inspired by grandma's recipes and twisted with precision. A cuisine that speaks to the heart as much as to the palate, from the lunchtime plate to the sweet snacks, right through to the signature cocktails that punctuate the evening. From 7am to 10am on weekdays and until 10:30am at weekends

In the morning, Clodette will welcome you with a generous buffet of golden Viennese pastries, freshly baked bread, homemade jams, seasonal fruit, hot options and unlimited drinks... All you need to start the day on the right foot.

At lunchtime, Clodette welcomes you with a generous menu or a choice from the à la carte menu. Simple, tasty dishes full of personality. Ideal for getting together with colleagues, friends or on your own, always in a good mood.

Dinner

Service from 7pm to 10pm on weekdays and until 10.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays

The bar stays open until 11.30pm.

In the evening, the lights dim and Clodette unfolds its hushed ambience. The dinner menu invites you to relax: seasonal produce, homemade dishes, generous plates. And if you feel like extending the evening, the bar remains open for a final cocktail.

Served daily from 3pm to 7pm.

Fancy a sweet (or savoury) break? Make yourself comfortable: the chef has prepared a selection of gourmet snacks for you to enjoy with a coffee, iced tea or a well-balanced cocktail. Clodette makes tea time a moment of joy and regression, the kind of interlude that does you good.

Clodette is the spirit of a home to live in, with that extra bit of soul that comes with a well-designed place. The decor is seventies chic, with soft banquettes, warm wood, rounded shapes... and a secret terrace where you can breathe in the peace and quiet. From breakfast to dinner, it's the ideal place to meet up, toast, savour or just do nothing.

On the lower level of the Hotel Belinda, the Sothys spa invites you to slow down and relax. A swimming pool, sauna, treatments and massages await you in a soothing setting, for a gentle escape on your own, as a couple or with friends.

Flexible formulas allow you to create the moment that suits you, whether for an express break or a full day of well-being. The spa is open to external customers.

The Clodette team welcomes you with a smile and is always on hand to help organise your meals, events or simple gourmet moments. Located between the Avenue de Versailles and the Bois de Boulogne, Clodette nestles at 73 rue Boileau, in a peaceful corner of the 16ᵉ arrondissement
